These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bite Ferry mobile application and website. Please read them carefully before placing any order.

By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Platform

• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Bite Ferry reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. Orders & Availability

• Orders are subject to restaurant availability and operating hours.
• Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Bite Ferry reserves the right to cancel an order if a restaurant is unable to fulfill it.
• Delivery time estimates are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or demand.

3. Payments

• All payments are processed securely via authorized payment gateways.
• You agree to pay the total amount displayed at checkout, including delivery fees and applicable taxes.
• Failed transactions due to insufficient funds or bank errors are not Bite Ferry’s responsibility.
• Cash on delivery (COD) is available in select areas.

4. Delivery

• Delivery is available only within serviceable pin codes listed on the app.
• You are responsible for providing a correct and accessible delivery address.
• Bite Ferry is not liable for delays caused by incorrect address details provided by the user.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Placing fraudulent or fake orders.
• Harassing or abusing delivery partners or restaurant staff.
• Attempting to exploit refund or promotional offers dishonestly.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or misusing the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Bite Ferry app — including logos, images, design, and text — is the property of Bite Ferry Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bite Ferry acts as an intermediary between customers and restaurant partners. We are not liable for the quality, taste, or safety of food prepared by restaurant partners beyond our quality standards.

Our maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
